About
Aditi Sachdeva
Yoga Teacher
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Human Resources). Aditi has been self-practicing yoga for the last five years and completed her teacher training at Sivananda Kutir in Uttarkashi. She holds a Master’s in Psychology as well.
Aditi discovered yoga while facing numerous external challenges and personal health issues, including PCOD and mild depression. In response, she made a conscious decision to work on herself and bring peace to her internal world.
Through her yoga journey, she found answers to many of life’s questions and was able to break free from limiting belief patterns. She believes that yoga is not just something you do on the mat, but something you become. Consistent yoga practice transforms you into someone who remains grounded in adversity and leads a purposeful and blissful life.
About
Parul Jasrotia
Yoga Teacher
Parul began practicing yoga in 2018 due to career pressure and health issues like IBS. Since then, she has overcome these health challenges, and yoga has given her a new perspective on life. Parul no longer feels the need to compare herself to others and finds joy in everyday mundane things. She understands that how you approach and the intention behind your work changes the life experience, rather than the quantity or nature of the work itself.
Parul holds a Master's in Yoga, has completed the Sadhanapada program from Isha, and undertook yoga teacher training at Sivananda Kutir. She has also worked as a yoga instructor at Fitelo. For her, yoga is the tool to maintain emotional and mental balance and ride the waves of life skillfully.
